A journey that started 9 years ago as just 3 x a week to maintain weight loss and get fit....is now a lifestyle! And from 3 x a week to now 5 or 6 x a week.
When you are part of a "FIT FAM" and you find the right FIT you don't want to miss a class! The Train station is more than a fitness facility - the coaches are invested in each member and our goals and gains become part of their journey. They travel the road with each member. You are not just a member; you are part of the community they have built within The Train Station. The facility offers a fun and rewarding way to achieve your personal goals.
I am so grateful to be part of this community and to have found this fun and rewarding way to stay in shape and achieve my goals!
